Useful books.

This book is awesome! There is bound to be a recipe you’re going to love in this cookbook, and they are all healthy, clean recipes to top it off. The book starts out explaining the benefits of clean eating, what to avoid, etc. This is such a great book to recommend to everyone! Thanks author for creating us a new very important book for all of us.

Helpful Book!!!

Previously I have read "Zero Sugar diet, " and I like it. That's why I have purchased this particular bundle. The questions about gluten and gluten-free diet always were unclear for me. After reading this book, I think that limiting gluten in my diet would be a right thing to do. Also, I learned interesting facts about quinoa. And the whole-diet conception looks pretty reasonable too. Recommended.

VERY WELL WRITTEN BOOK

There are a lot of recipes that look good here so overall I think it was worth the investment. Another healthy eating cookbook I bought is more polished so recommended me to have a healthy food and then I've found this book really helpful for me, thanks!!

I love cookbooks and I can't wait to try these. All the recipes look easy to prepare . I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately one of the recipes is missing the ingredients list.

useful for weight loss

Wonderful recipes for a much healthier way of eating. have made several recipes which were good and fairly easy but I do recommend if you order get the hard copy. The book itself has lots of recipes that aren't too fancy or have ingredients that no one ever uses.

3 Manuscripts - Gluten, Whole Diet, Zero sugar

I liked how in the recipes it gives the nutritional value of each serving. The recipes are easy to cook and don't take much time. I like how the recipes are just for two instead of more than that. I highly recommend this book
