Very informative. I've just started working the diet and find that, even in the bad days of spring pollen I no longer need to take a daytime allergy pill. It all comes down to diet and the inflammation that many foods we ingest are causing. I recommend reading this book and deciding for yourself

very helpful

I obtained this book as a supplement to the Dropping Acid book. It contains a helpful two-week menu schedule, many useful recipes. Following his two-week menu plan, I eliminated or lessened some long term, annoying symptoms. When I stray from the diet, my symptoms start to reoccur. So back to the strict diet,. and the symptoms go away. Hard to beat!

best cookbook ever

Recipes in this book are delicious. I have acid reflux and was looking for some relief and I have found it. My husband does all our cooking and he said the first time this food is not good I am not eating it anymore. Well several months later he is still cooking with it and his favorite dish is the smoked salmon and he can recreate our meals now from memory.

Useful book. I have had acid reflux for years but it was mild. This year it has become more uncomfortable. This book explained a lot about it and what foods to eat and which ones to avoid. I have not tried the recipes yet but they sound good

iam so happy to find this book

This book changed the quality of my life. I started the meal plan and within 3 days was able to cut back on acid blockers. After two weeks on this meal plan, I was able to eat, in small doses, some foods that are known reflux triggers for me. For the most part, now that I'm feeling so much better, I am finding that I do not even want to eat the things that make me feel so sick

The recipes are clearly explained and organized and I like that there are numbered steps in the preparations. A great book. Recommended!
