Worthy listen!

Listen to this book as the author is speaking to you. It is scientifically based, nutrionally sound, with delicious recipes. You are driven by ten princples and they are helpful in providing a wholistic way of living a healthy life. Worthy of recommendation.

Helped me a lot!

Ever since my first child was born, I have struggled with my weight. When I was allowed to start exercising, I thought the weight would come off. This didn't happen, and worse, with my kid I gained more cooking and sometimes eating the same food. I started exploring several common diets, juice cleanses And i was getting fat.

Awesome audible

Awesome book if this can proceed but worth the stretch to regulate blood sugar and cut on simple carbs. Poor habits alter, sugar changes etc.

Learned a lot!

The author has taken me on a journey, in simple words, on how I could lose weight snd eat still very well. From her secrets or tips I learnt so much. I followed her rules for almost two months, and I lost considerable weight. The goal was to consider what is triggering weight gain and the other lifestyle changes needed to keep off the weight.

Awesome book if it can keep going but worth the stretch for balancing blood sugar and reducing it to simple carbs. Adjust poor practices, sugar, etc.

Got lots of practical advice

I felt like I was talking to a friend in this audible. Listening it was so simple and it had such good and practical advice. At first, I tend to find restrictive diets that appeal, but then I lose the ability to stick with them. It seems that Diet Detox is the solution to my dietary needs.

Today we are inundated with diet books, fad weight loss programs, and so on! This book helps us to realize that we should not be escaping food, but embracing the food that will ultimately deliver us health! Effective audible

This book is the only “diet” book you will ever need to buy. It helps me change my relationship with food, take control of my food choices, squash all my excuses and took all guesswork out of staying healthy for life. It’s easy, it’s not restrictive and most importantly it’s effective. It’s everything I’ve been looking for and exactly the resource I needed to help me change the way I and my family eats. The science behind every chapter is solid and the information is so obvious you’d think it didn’t need to be said in print.
