I’m very pleased with it.

Healthy anti-inflammatory cooking at its finest and also this cookbook is full of the delicious and easy recipes that will help you to follow the anti-inflammatory diet in an easy way. I’m very pleased with it, i would advise this cookbook for everyone who needs to start the anti-inflammatory diet!

Wonderful guide

This book is exceptionally useful. I have inflammation in my intestines that I am figuring out how to control. It is put together in a strategy that is easy to take after and easy to fuse into consistently or week by week schedule.

It was very interesting with all the statistics. Inflammation seems to be a unique perspective. I love that you listed foods that I am going to start trying,as I am, a diabetic Type 2. I would like even more information on inflammation but overall great book!

A good resource for persons with diabetes

There are a range of healthy, delicious recipes that can be prepared for all occasions. This book can also be used by those who have inflammatory problems and want to eat foods that would not induce an immune response. The recipes are not carb heavy which really is a factor for persons with diabetes.

Tastes good

It also provides very healthy but delicious recipes that will contribute to freeing yourself from diabetes. It already had one of my favorite foods as one of the recipes are in. A fine book.
