Good intro and basics of gout only

Subject cover gout basics topic well but doesn’t not go into anyone subtopic in micro detail. I found it frustrating the uses vague reference such as suggesting you can go to the internet for further information on diet.

Not sure if narrator was a robot.

Narration was as painful as the gout. Didn't learn anything new. Waste of three bucks here.

Luckily it’s short and cheap

When making a book to help with medical problems, the reader should have some idea of how to pronounce words that are common in medicine. You should also practice reading the book before pushing record. My 1980’s voice replicator likely would have done a better job.

The information and recommendations in this book are also very thin.

I would not recommend this book.

POOR EXPERIENCE

If there is a table you are referencing you should be kind enough to provide the document in PDF format

Don't pout, manage your gout

Gout is no fun, it is painful and chronic, but thankfully it can be managed and alleviated. This book is a good guide t help manage your pain, relieve it, and make yourself better over time. It is a good "field manual", because you only need this after you have the gout. Either way, it is chock full of solid advice on how to better control your symptoms and prevent it fom continuing on everyday. Clinger narrates clearly and is easy to follow. Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest. In fact, getting a code generally makes me harsher as a reviewer as I am more often concerned what someone like Me will decide based on my review.

Waste of time.

All of the information in this book can be found on line in five minutes. The narrator sounds like a 1st grade student who has just learned to read.
