Promoted product too much

Would have been nice if she didn’t promote her product 10,000 times each chapter. Book would have been 5 hours shorter

This is a product commercial with added value

Read with a critical thinking cap on. I learned a lot. I bought the Remax. I kept listening for at least some clue about how to make this magnesium spray that the author repeatedly recommends. Nothing. And for the most part, there is a lot of repetition of dietary recs, plus claims that magnesium solves everything. Meh. Some of it was very useful, but most of it was an advertisement for this "no laxative effect" magnesium. Not easy to get through for someone who is mostly suffering from constipation.

Couldn’t handle the constant advertising

After a few hours into this book I realized that the purpose is for you to go buy ReMag.
The constant redundancy finally had me exchange the book for a new one.

So Informative!

I am hoping this will help me with my Rheumatoid arthritis. Nothing seems to be taking down the inflammation and swelling that is limiting the uses of my right hand and left arm.

Isn't Working for Me Yet

I bought the author's ReMax supplement. Unfortunately, I'm not feeling better yet, and I'm experiencing constipation taking it. I didn't really like the narrator's voice, and I didn't like that she mispronounced PCOS, calling it something like "peekose" rather than correctly calling it P-C-O-S. The author seems very knowledgeable and has done her research.
