Weightloss made easier

I needed something that would help me deal with my weight gain after I was prescribed some medication (I suffer from anxiety). I can safely say that this audiobook is one of the best purchases I have ever made. When it comes to hypnosis, I was always a skeptic, but drastic times required drastic changes of perspective. After listening through the whole audiobook and noting down a few tips and useful advice, I decided to give meditation a go, and it helped massively in helping change my mindset. Now, I am counting down the weeks until I achieve my former weight and get up excited for my morning exercises.

A straightforward solution

I have to say that out of the many audiobooks I have gone through, this is the only one that has been extremely effective. I cannot believe that I have wasted all this time and money on books that would not work, while there was a straightforward solution to my problem right here. I have always been very self-conscious about my weight and tried many diets, workouts, and nothing was helping me enough. My motivation was non-existent. This audiobook has been easy to follow, educational, and showed fast results when using hypnosis. I am very impressed with the clarity of the narrator’s delivery, too – a real pleasure to listen to. I cannot wait to lose even more weight thanks to the invaluable advice!

High, high recommendations

I was the definition of a couch potato. If you looked it up in a dictionary, my picture should have been next to it. However, I was inspired by my girlfriend to start exercising and eating healthier. I went through countless books, but none of them were as clear and motivating as this audiobook. It taught me what habits I should completely weed out, as well as various tips and tricks I used to lose weight much quicker. Many thanks to Miss Rowse, the author (and the narrator, of course), for providing us listeners with such a great quality audiobook!

Give hypnosis a chance

Okay, hypnosis is *way* different from what I initially thought it was. Mia Rowse is an incredible author and explained the ins and outs of how hypnosis works, why it works, and how useful it can be! It was a piece of cake to understand when it was laid out so clearly. Like she said – this is the ultimate audiobook on weight loss hypnosis. The quality and quantity of her tips and advice are great and I cannot get over how relaxing the narration is! I am about 3 weeks in now and am looking much better if I do say so myself haha!

An incredible audiobook

This is an incredible audiobook for any person out there wanting to lose a few of those pesky, extra pounds. Rowse explains the power the mind holds and how we can utilize hypnosis to achieve our dream bodies with ease. For years I struggled with having a bigger belly and now I finally have the motivation and a handy guide to battle my insecurities! I am doing much better when it comes to my relationship with food too (I highly recommend the chapter “How Emotional Eating Affects Weight Loss”). This audiobook has given me all the information I needed and more – hypnosis is much more effective than I thought!

Fantastic progress

If you want to see fantastic progress fairly quickly, then this audio guide is for you. I have spent months trying out various diets, insane exercise routines, fasting, etc. Nothing seemed to work for me. That was until my best friend suggested this to me – Mia Rowse’s “Extreme Weight Loss Hypnosis.” I can say that this audiobook has saved my anniversary plans – I can still wear my husband’s favorite dress with confidence! Not only does Rowse help you overcome your mental barrier, but she also strengthens your view of your weight goals and achievements. A true 5/5 if you ask me! Hypnosis for the win!
