Worked for me!

Although sceptical, I was willing to use up a credit to give this a try. I figured I had nothing to lose. 13 weeks and 21lbs later, I can honestly say that this has been the final piece of the jigsaw for me. I already knew the healthy eating plan I wanted to follow would work for a reasonable, safe and healthy weight loss but I was struggling with willpower to stick to it. This was where this audio book came in. I listened to it every night for 21 days and realised it was working after about 7. I realised I was finding it much easier to stick to my plan and I just wasn’t thinking or worrying about unhealthy food any more. I simply wasn’t really interested in it. Now I listen to this about once per week or if I find my willpower slipping. It really, genuinely seems to work! Thank you.

Sadly, an ineffective piece

what a waste of money. This piece of hypnosos was not only ineffective, it was incorreftly described as something that might help with weight loss. clearly confusion has arrisen when labelling as this is meerely a piece that might aid sleep if you could hear over the crashing waves on to a beach. It was written in a disjointed way, and turned out to be a trance piece to aid sleep and as far as helping with weight loss, Dont get any hopes up. I can't see how this would even scratch the surface af assisting with this type of issue apart from when the reader, was suggesting your muscles starting to feel lighter all I could think about was when this might happen or how? There was a lack of clean hypnotic language, and any form of actual method to instigate any change in the body's functioning, which might lead to weight loss, just a whole bunch of instructions that your body will start to become lighter. Very dissapointing. The work contained no actual therapy to aid weightloss or indeed any other embedded suggestiion. As a senior Hypnotherapist and NIP specialist, with 9 years experience, I would question if the writer had understood his training in writing and using clean language skills for therapy, as his reading felt incongruous and difficult to follow. Perhaps the restrictions placed on recordings like this are many, I understand there are guidelines to stick to, but really, this cant be described as a weightloss tool when there are no tools in the box. The piece contained nothing of any use in a weight loss programme, please do not be fooled. I would have liked to be able to give this glowing reports and credit for making the world of hypnosis more acceptable, and attainable, but sadly I can't. I found the use of language contained in the script, overtly repetative, confusing and lacking in any direct instruction, or direction together with a lack of embedded commands. I wouldn't normally write such a negative review but this needed to be brought to the attention of the buyer.. Sorry, but if you're looking for a weight loss system through hypnosis, this isn't going to help much apart from perhaps getting you to sleep if you're lay awake thinking about lifestyle changes as I was on this occasion.
