I finally understand my body

What did you love best about The Burn?

It was easy to listen to this book but you need to listen to the whole book before beginning The Burn. Planning is the key to success. Haylie make this easy to understand and the results are absolutely amazing. Think of the book as a medical answer to a problem and while everything you need to eat may not be to your liking, it is necessary to achieve the results. In 10 days - I shed 10 lbs on the H-Burn!

Lots to juggle but targeted helpful info.

Seems expensive and a bit overwhelming at first but this is exactly the "just tell me what to do" which makes it easy. Shop, cook, eat, heal. It is not so hard after making the basic recipes the first time. It is so chock full of healthy medicinal foods and tips that you will definitely feel better by following it.
