Well-written guide.

As one that has struggled with weight loss, I only wish I learnt about these years ago. The book is really well written and everything is explained perfectly! I am full of hope I will finally get the results with this!

Good information....Bad narrator.

I found the information valuable, but the narrator, Betty Johnston, is so annoying. Her voice is like a mini-jackhammer in my head. I had to keep turning off the book to get a rest from her. Her attempts to be animated are laughable. If you can get past the narrator, the information is worth it. I have been doing keto for a while, but I learned a lot.
