Love love love!!

I have been living an intermittent fasting lifestyle for 2 years and continue to learn/educate myself. This is a book that I wish that I had read in the early days. Very practical advice is contained within.

A must read

I’ve been doing intermittent fasting for 2 years now so I pretty much entered reading this book with some basic knowledge about it.
Yet, this book taught me things I didn’t know, which are fascinating!
This way of life is the best thing a person can do for himself.

Speed it up, don't miss it!

The information in this book is excellent, the narrator not so much. Whenever I dislike a narrator on any audible book, I change the reading speed. This narrator is too slow, so I'm listening at 1.15 speed, and it sounds great. Try it with ANY audible book if you don't like the narration. The speed adjustment is in the app.

Great book on how to get to your natural weight but awful narrator

This is a great book. It has a lot of great tools that if you’re trying to lose weight, get healthier and interested are interested in intermediate fasting, it is a must read. I would also read Gin Stephen’s Fast Feast Repeat. The only problem with this book AC: The Power of Appetite Correction is the narrator. Judi Herring and does a terrible, terrible job. It would really be wonderful if the publisher would re-record it with a better narrator. I bought the book through Amazon on audible, and I’ve listen to it twice. I am suffering through the narrator. Please publisher re-record this book because it is a wonderful book and everyone should have the opportunity to read it, or listen to it.

Good book but the narrator is awful

I enjoyed the information in this book, but it was hard to get through because the narrator sounds so robotic and the sound quality sounds like she’s in a tunnel.

Bad audio

The person that narrated this book is terrible. if the content wasn't interesting to me I would have stopped listening in the first few min.
