Love Megan and her knowledge

We follow Megan and Dr Fung and I was so pleased to see her book released on Audible. It has made a great addition to our fasting library.
As always, Megan is informative and breaks things down into a step by step approach.

Great Summary of Fasting Benefits for Women

I read The Obesity Code by Dr Fung and was hooked on this lifestyle. Reading Megan’s book from a female perspective was a helpful addition to The Obesity Code. I’m so motivated now! I also joined their forum of members.

Helpful information specifically for women interested in fasting

I have always had an interest in fasting, but was never quite sure how to approach it. All of the information on fasting is overwhelming these days. This book was informative with helpful and specific pearls that will help you succeed and get your desired outcomes through fasting without being too complex. Loved this book.

Great book!

I really enjoyed this book. As a woman, I found it helpful that it focuses on women and some of the common misconceptions about women and fasting. It discusses some of the challenges and differences women face which is so helpful since most studies focus on men. Megan has a long history with fasting and it shows. It’s great she was able to write this book and share some of that knowledge. Thanks!
