So important!
I thought I was going to learn a little about my own metabolic issues, and perhaps add a little research to my arguments against sugar and junk food. I received so much more! This should be required reading in all earnest Nutrition Science courses everywhere! I cannot recommend it more highly and plan to listen to it several more times with pdfs in front of me, to be part of the solution, not another one of the problems on this planet.

Illuminating
This is a bright light in an area of misinformation and chaos. It is so difficult to now know that so many people, government officials, associations and companies prefer sick, unhappy, addicted individuals to happy, and healthy ones. How sad that the people who were supposed to look out for us, helped put us in our current situation. Even sadder, is how many people don't even realize how bad that situation is.

Everyone should know!!
This book is absolutely fabulous. The research is astounding! So many, many facts we should all know. It may be a little technical but one gets the jist of what Dr. Lustig is getting at even if u don’t have a medical background. I would recommend reading it as opposed to listening to it. You might remember more😉.

Wow
This was my first book I purchased through Audible and more or less the reason I why I signed up. I heard of Dr Lustig through YouTube and his talks resonated with me. I have listened to this book a few times because it was so good. I've even listened to his one hour plus lectures and interviews over and over. There are a couple of chapters towards the end where I felt it a little hard to digest, heavy on the medical stuff. It'll probably take a few more listens for me to fully grapple the concepts. I really enjoyed this book.
