Good recommendations

After reaching 50 years our body goes through many changes and we begin to see more and more imperfections in our physical appearance, we begin to notice the signs of aging and we tend to increase our weight little by little every day. Was hard to listen too

Was hard to get through as it did not offer additional tips for Women over 50 only went over intermittent fasting as in other books I have read

Great guide

This was an excellent guide! I already started seeing results at week 2. I've been so good. First, I've been doing 15:9. Then I switched to 16:8. The first 2 or 3 days might seem a little difficult, but your body will quickly adapt to something healthier

A New Lifestyle

Awesome Plan!!!

Finally, a diet that I can use! I am 70 years old and see several doctors on a regular basis. My liver is in bad shape due to a lifetime of poor diet , convenience foods, and too much sugar (I do not drink alcohol!). The dietary changes that I have made so far fit well with this plan. It's been slow going so far, only 15 pounds lost in 3 months, but IF will benefit me greatly. I plan to use the 16/8 plan, as I am not hungry in the morning and have eaten breakfast because I think I should.

Perfect

This book is very interesting and very complete. She gives you a series of tips and clearly teaches you how you should eat and what habits you should stop and what habits you should start having. Life after 50 is more difficult and you need books like these to stay healthy. I really liked the book because I saw excellent results and for this I give it its well-deserved 5 stars.
