LIFE CHANGING BOOK!

If you are serious about your health you need to listen to this book. If you aren’t serious about your health then you should be and you really need to listen to this book. I heard Dr. B on a Rich Roll podcast. 10 minutes into the podcast I stopped and purchased the book. EXCELLENT! FYI the podcast is excellent too.

very informative. enjoyable. encouraging!

can't wait to get started with the fiber fueled 4 weeks. Dr B sends a great message with sound science and experiences that are relatable. nice to feel like I'm not alone. I really enjoyed this book and will check back after the program!

Life Changing

This book is awesome. Dr. B, breaks down the information in a manner that is easy to follow. My favorite chapter was about the prebiotics and probiotics. I had so many questions answered regarding the use of those supplements. I am looking forward to the fiber fueled 4 weeks jump start.

Live Long and Prosper

I devoured this book. There is a ton of medical information but the humor and analogies make it all easy to grasp. This is definitely a lifestyle overall but as they say when the student is ready, the teacher appears. Thanks for writing this book, Dr. Will!

A treasure trove of sound nutritional advice.

I was sucked into this audio book immediately. Very easy listening. I finished it in two days and gained a wealth of very valuable information about healthy eating habits. I highly recommend this audiobook to anyone.

Worth Every Penny

Well written and well read. Easy to digest (no pun intended). This is a great foundational book for anyone looking to boost their health during this time. Lots of my questions were answered such as my back and forth with coffee. This book is better than some of the naturopaths I’ve talked to. As someone who values implementation of ideas over just the ideas themselves, the book ends with a great set of actionable steps to help those with determined intentions to fix their health and identify the problem children of their own body’s gut mix.
