I have listen other books on this subject.
This is an interesting weight loss book. There are many diet books out there, but I found this one full of useful information. Most diets say to fill up on any fruits and vegetables, but this book actually went over the fact that there are some vegetables that are not congruent with weight loss and that they should be avoided. It was a helpful book.

Best accurate information on fasting
Life in the Fasting Lane is very informational with both the science of fasting and practical application. But Eve brings her personal story and practical application to fasting. I can relate to Eve and her challenges so hear her story and how fasting has helped her was inspirational.
