This is a great book that is not your normal fad thing. It is so far one of the best books I have read on nutrition that is not plant based. It is a great foundation for people who want to make real life changes and not get sucked into our current fad diet programs.

Listening to this Audible book, I became more aware of the foods that I consume and what needs to be included more into my diet. I appreciated the scientific information about the body and chemical compounds in foods and how everything reacts together! This is one too read over and over!

Excellent reading!!! I thoroughly enjoyed learning NEW information that was in this book. some misconceptions I had about carbs and proteins were cleared up. I learnt to eat protein in the morning and eat carbs later. I thought it was the complete opposite for years. so glad I listened to this book!! thanks for the wealth of info. I've implemented the diet and feel better after a few days!! it works
