Very good book.

A simple explanatory regarding overall hormonal balance for the women with no medical studies through a complex real life stories that gives you hope in the end that your life journey is there with ups and downs but you can be the one that can give yourself the real guidance through your own choices. I wished probably the book had more chapters and go more in depth of various different situations.

Excellent book with information about menopause that EVERY woman should know. Explanation of every detail with regards to her recommendations. I wish I could buy a book and send to every woman in my family and my friends circle! I absolutely recommend this book!!!

Author narration ruined the book

Just because you wrote a book doesn't mean you should read it. She's a TERRIBLE narrator - I almost returned the audio book several times. Do yourself a favor and get the physical book - her verbal quirks and mispronunciations of common words made listening to this book tantamount to nails on a blackboard. She should just be a doctor and let a professional actor narrate the next addition.
