Incredibly well written and thought out.

I think every man should read this and most women. The author is honest and vulnerable with his own own story and struggle.

Make it through the 1st 15 minutes. Thank me later

Bauman's book starts in a nondescript fashion. At first it sounds like so many books that have gone before it. I actually started to yawn. But, I am glad I didn't stop. Once past those first 14 or so minutes, Bauman deals with the issue of porn in ways that men need to hear. He will deal with the neurobiology of it and the real costs of it. He provides no cut and dry solutions but asks the right questions to help people begin to wrestle with their addiction. It rises above other books on porn addiction to sit on a shelf by itself. It is worthy of being your next read.

A great read

The author provides a safe space for personal reflection through a brutally honest review of his own struggles with addiction and misogyny. This book is great for any man that is trying to better understand how porn has affected their relationship with women.

Missing audio

I think this book is great overall. The problem is the end of chapter 12 seems to be cut off. It leads into a story, even giving a trigger warning, but the the chapter abruptly ends. Please fix this so I can hear the story and give more stars.

too religious

If you are Christian this is a good one for you. but I was expecting more of a Doctor or science style of book not gospel. Also was not happy with the toxic masculinity lecture.
