It seems so simple.

Unfortunately, a mere intellectual understanding of confidence, charisma, and the alpha male is not enough. You must first embody the presence of the alpha male. You must master the art of body language!

Here are a few ways body language will improve your life:

  • Instantly feel better about yourself
  • People will look and react towards you differently
  • You will get more respect
  • You will ooze masculinity
  • You will feel more confident
  • Women will find you more attractive

What you will learn in this book...

  • The alpha male mindset and how to get it
  • The importance of dominance
  • Body position as approval seeking
  • Mirroring: how you unconsciously lower your status
  • Confidence: a bodily expression first
  • The mind-body connection: an eternal braid

  • How the alpha male walks
  • Traumatic events and their effect on body language
  • How to increase confidence in one movement
  • The alpha male stance
  • Body language to attract women
  • And much, much more....

I went from a state of pure self-doubt. I suffered social anxiety for years. But then I mastered the art of body language.

Suddenly, my life changed.

It was like a switch flipped in my head. Women started responding to me more positively. Male peers started to respect me. And best of all, I felt enlivened with a sense of purpose and a steady state of confidence!

Terrible

This book tends to do more cheerleading and pep talking to an actual teaching of technique. I may not be the right target audience for this book, as from the beginning it did not feel like you're a normal business self-help book. It feels like it could be done with one chapter as a blog post.

Copied and Paste

What disappointed you about The Alpha Male's Guide to Mastering the Art of Body Language?

This was the 2nd book I've listened to and I was very disappointment. The first 2/3rds of the book was basically verbatim of a previous book.

repeatedly the same as in all his other books

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

If this little audio piece would be made with much more care and effort it could have been a nice surprise. this way it just is a second or even third vrew of the same stuff the author publishes all along...

What could Sean Lysaght have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

put more effort and care into his work...

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of J. Alexander?

Matt Dillon

What character would you cut from The Alpha Male's Guide to Mastering the Art of Body Language?

Character?

Any additional comments?

nope

Quite good content and slowmo speaker

The content was pretty much useful, but the only problem was the speaker, I had to listen with a x1.25 speed.

i based my purchase off his previous book on confidence. i feel let down. he has a few good books, but this particular one is mainly directed toward someone who has been under a rock.

Info-less

What would have made The Alpha Male's Guide to Mastering the Art of Body Language better?

This book offered more of a late-night infomercial vibe than any actual information of value. The concept of body language is interesting because a great deal of communication is non-verbal, but this book just fell far short of explaining the subject.

What could Sean Lysaght have done to make this a more enjoyable book for you?

The book seems as though it was designed to be a 'how to pick up girls' book for 14 year old boys.

How could the performance have been better?

All I can say about the reader is: thank God I can speed it up.

A couple diamonds in a trash Heap.

You may glean a few pieces of wisdom, but you are going to have to painfully wade through boring and ridiculous banter from this author as he just can’t stop expressing how intelligent he is and what he thinks of alpha male. If you haven’t read any of his books, then this might be a good pic for you. But if you have read previous articles? Don’t waste your time. He regurgitated 95% of this stuff from his other book. As a man, I just want to get to the point. Teach me how to develop confident body language. One more thing I can’t stand about this book and this author in general, is that every book he writes a conclusion that emphasizes something you need to learn that will bring you great success. That something, is a topic of one of his other books, in which he is attempting to persuade and manipulate you to buy into. Disappointing. I enjoyed 40 alpha laws, but this made me lose respect for the guy.

Seriously the most boring book I've ever listened

The worst book I've ever listened to. I don't have a clue what the author is trying to say and the narrator sent me straight to sleep. Seriously. Boring.

Amazing!

This book teaches you how to become an alpha male by using body language. I've actually tested this out myself and I gained a lot of confidence and attention without even opening my mouth. Highly recommend this book!

Good read

Rather than being a standalone book, this is more a buildup to 40 laws of the Alpha male. Well worth a read

A book which says nothing...

A book which says nothing other than iterations from the previous book and how important the next book is? I'm sure the next one sells the one after that too. Good selling technique but poor content. Not for me, thanks....

I lost count on the number of times “more on this later” was mentioned in this book. Not a lot of content here.

Lame

There is nothing fundamentally wrong with the content but it is far for being ground breaking unless you are socially really awkward.
