Very Important Read
I've read this book twice now. First I read the print version when it first came out. Now I've listened to it on Audible. It's a game changer. Had I not discovered Richard Cooper's work, I'd still be simping, moving from one case of oneitis to another, and not understanding why my results were so consistently shitty.
Some people may raise objections from the perspective of Christian morality, but as a traditionalist Catholic, I find very little in his work to disagree with. There are for sure some things to find objectionable, but there's no need in majoring in the minors. He's not a theologian or a clergyman. He's a guy who has lived experience that young men ought to be learning from.

So great listened twice!
I’ve followed Rich’s content for a while and waited a month to listen because I’m so familiar with his YouTube material and I was taken back by how many new ideas I hadn’t heard him articulate before. This book is pure facts and pure gold. His own narration was such a positive and effective touch.

If there was a Top 5 book list men should read this would be Top 3
Where to start. This book will open your eyes to what it takes to become a high value man, and it’s not being “NICE” to women. This book also includes many researched topics that many men ask today “what women find attractive, true masculinity, hypergamy and many more.” Rich gives examples from his life, from the lives of men he has coached and even has quoted other reliable sources such as therapist & psychologist.
