Great Reminders on eye contact
You already know 85-90% (100% if you have psyc background) of the content. That being said, this can serve as a great and consice reminder on the importance of eye contact. i will come back to this again.

Narrator Sucks
The guy sounds like Ben Stein, for God's sake. I appreciate the information, but this listen was not enjoyable due to the guy speaking. Definitely not alpha in my opinion. I have a lot more books to listen from this author, too. I'm gonna have to suffer through the narrator.

Eye contact determines success in an relationship
Body language is dependent 30% on appearance. 70 % on how you communicate. I highly recommend this book. lots of truths that will give you new insight to eye contact.

Good information concerning eye contact
This title deals with why eye contact is so important for your everyday life. If you are socially awkward this is a decent title to look into.
The speaker was not a problem for me. Just speed up to 1.3x and it sounded great!
I recommend this title if your looking for something to add to your growth in masculinity.
Also, don’t forget to check out other titles such as The Rational Male, The Unplugged Alpha, and No More Mr. Nice Guy.
I wish you strong growth and healthy relationships in your journey into reconnecting to your masculinity.
