wow!

I have the hardest time falling asleep and getting a good amount of restful sleep. one found many online meditations that have helped me fall asleep stoner but this is the first that has helped me get a better quality sleep! I've been using sleep trackers for a couple months and this is the first solid sleep I've gotten!

Great listen for chronic insomniac

Stress from work can keep me up for hours. Being tired at work causes worry. Worry causes anxiety. Anxiety causes stress at night...repeat. This audiobook has done wonders for me, helping to calm the monkey brain in me and get some quality sleep. Highly recommended.

Really works

The only part I didn't like was the very beginning when she's trying to get you to relax and the focal point is an Elaborate staircase. There is nothing relaxing about an elaborate staircase imo. I found that part distracting but thankfully that part is short. Overall best sleep I've had in years.

YES. This is a wonderful way to get to sleep. Even just for relaxing before bed, I've found this to be a great way to get ready for bed.

Helped me much

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Because of my anxiety disorder I have been suffering from the lack of sleep and not having slept through the nights many times in the past few years. And as a consequence of that I often feel depressed, tired, short tempered and unable to concentrate on work. This audiobook is GOLD. Now I can finally get some sleep thanks to the sleep hypnosis that is doing wonders for me. I highly recommend this book to anyone who has trouble sleeping.

Excellent sleep hypnosis program

The authors seem quite knowledgable about sleep hypnosis and made a great program with interesting sessions that I am sure will help a lot of people with insomnia. I have the worse kind of insomnia, with both trouble falling sleep and trouble staying asleep. I hate to take sleeping pills so I decided to try out this audiobook. It has helped me a lot, but I am still a long way to go to get an 8-hour sleep. Sleep hypnosis is fascinating but it requires some patience to make it work.

Awesome book about sleep hypnosis

Where does Sleep Hypnosis Bundle rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

If you are one of those people who have troubles sleeping make sure that you consider purchasing this audiobook. I normally get only 5-6 hours of sleep per night and I was very skeptical of “sleep hypnosis”, but I am glad I gave it a chance. Listening to the audiobook gets me into a deep sleep relatively quick and when I wake up in the mornings I feel refreshed and energetic. Sleep hypnosis seems to be very effective and working well for me, so I recommend this book to all insomnia sufferers with the will to succeed.
