A great resource
As a hypnotist, having more tools is always a good way to go. The Seven Most Effective Methods of Self Hypnosis is chocked full of insight and inspiration. Easy to understand and implement, these methods of Self-Hypnosis go beyond just the basics. Definitely adding these these to my toolbox. I highly recommend this book.

Dear narrator: $15 pop filter
Gawd damn, them plosives. I'm no audiophile, but the bass in the pops makes it hard to listen to this audiobook without absolute quiet outside, or noise canceling headphones.
Narrator, if you're reading this: you can run your mp3 through Audacity's "compressor" filter. Any loss in mp3 twice-baked is worth the gain in plosive removal.

He is clear and concise in his teaching which makes learning easy. Narrator’s got a gravelly voice.
It was a little difficult to listen to. The deep voice hard to hear. Otherwise it’s a well thought out book. It starts with the easiest form of self hypnosis and gives examples.

Richard's voice and his instructions EXUDE his love for what he does...helping people.
The depth of information in his book was clear and easy to follow, not jumbled or overly or excessively detailed.
His tone, cadence and his inflections were so comfortable to listen to throughout his entire book.
Yes, indeed, I will certainly recommend his book! We all need this in our lives. no matter how old or young we are!

Great resource for learning self hypnosis
Richard Nongard lays out simple and easy strategies for learning how to use self hypnosis to improve your life. Because he gives you a variety of techniques you can experiment to see which ones work best for you. I know that there are some who have commented on his voice however, having heard him on other media such as his many videos, this is what he sounds like and you get the experience of being in a training session with him.

Great story, horrible performance
If you give this wonderful informative book a chance, be sure to prepare for poor performance in voice acting. It sounds like the author is trying very, and in mean very hard to have a low voice. It could absolutely be that there is a medical problem (which would be sad), but without confirmation of this it is a struggle to endure this audio version of the book.
Anyway, the information is very clear and the instructions are easy to follow. I would recommend this book to many people, but i would actually recommend the physical/ebook version over this audiobook.
