Great Book.

Loved everything about this book. It packs more wisdom and strategy than most books that claim to help you. You must do the work. The doctor makes it easy to do. As for the narration most complained about, IMO, it was perfect. His voice reminds me of Tony Robbins. I prefer to listen to someone who knows the material than someone who sounds like they are reciting the content. You will find that in his other books. I’ve listened to this book twice already. Started the other books but found it difficult to continue because of the paid narrators. I prefer the authors voice instead. Clearly the doctor listened to the horrible reviews an did something to accommodate the negative review. I appreciate the fact the he listened and made the changes. That speaks volumes.

Puffy recording

Narrator needed a standard issue pop filter in front of the microphone to eliminate the ridiculous amount of puffing and popping on recording.

Dear narrator: $15 pop filter

Gawd damn, them plosives. I'm no audiophile, but the bass in the pops makes it hard to listen to this audiobook without absolute quiet outside, or noise canceling headphones.

Narrator, if you're reading this: you can run your mp3 through Audacity's "compressor" filter. Any loss in mp3 twice-baked is worth the gain in plosive removal.

Narrator’s got a gravelly voice.

It was a little difficult to listen to. The deep voice hard to hear. Otherwise it’s a well thought out book. It starts with the easiest form of self hypnosis and gives examples.
