Best sleep in a long time

After listening to one of the free books on meditation, I called Audible to see if there were more like it and specifically on sleep. Audible found a couple and added them to my wishlist for me. I was up in the middle of the night and unable to fall back asleep all week as I just could not get my mind to be quiet. I fell asleep listening to this book and I had the best sleep that I can remember in most of my adult life last night.

Awesome narration

I've always had trouble sleeping. Once I started to listen to this I immediately slept better than I had in years. The voice and the music is quite relaxing. I'd definately recommend!

Amazing!

After experiencing several days sleepless nights I decided to try this and it amazing I actually slept for eight solid hours for the first time in a very long time I would recommend this audio tape very highly for anyone having trouble sleeping.

Reduce stresses

This is a wonderfully relaxing audio book. The instructors voice is calm and soothing with instruction that is straightforward and easy to follow.
