I got this for my wife. She has insomnia. She often can't get her brain to turn off at night. I listened to this with her. I asked her about it later. She said it sounded like Crow got together with her buddies and they came up with ideas. Ideas that have no studies behind them. No studies were mentioned. My wife went with what she liked. She likes dark chocolate so eating that was added to her routine, but very little else.
Proven methods, should mean studies show, not my girlfriends say this works for them.
