Exceptional!

Breathing through actually works

After struggling with dieting with results and being motivated to eat right, I discovered this audiobook on using hypnosis to lose weight. It has helped a lot! With the help of a soft-voiced narrator walking me through meditations and giving positive affirmations, I've started to look at food differently. I have tools now to help curb my sugar cravings, and stand strong against emotional eating. It's a natural, sustainable method that genuinely works, transforming your mindset and making healthy eating an instinctive choice. I definitely recommend this book.
