I was gifted this and wanted to see the affirmation side to audio books. I will say, if you benefit from hearing positive talk/quotes/statements then this audio book is for you. I can definitely see for those that benefit from this to easily play this while doing any activity! I can see this being a strong tool for motivation and getting after goals you want to achieve.

Self Love Affirmations
Even though my daughter is a preteen, there are so many pressures young girls face in the world today. I like that this audiobook allowed my daughter to hear and repeat these affirmations and later talk about what the process was like for here. At 9 she says that is not how other girls talk. And she is right. So much meanness and comparison to other are making these girls hate themselves and think they have no value. We need audiobooks like these to let our girls reset their thinking and learn to love themselves. This book came with a PDF of worksheets and Journal pages that are also a blessing. I highly recommend this to all parents and caregivers for the young girls in their lives.
