Stretches Curated Especially For Seniors

This book presents a comprehensive review of stretches for any level of ability. It is very understandable, well organized and explains the purpose and benefits of the various exercises so the reader can make informed choices about which stretches to incorporate into his or her routine. I liked the gentle nudges and motivations woven throughout the book. Hate to admit it, but it's a book I need now.
