Does not come with the download of the meal plan

I bought this book to assist me with getting started with the keto diet. It would be Much Better is it gave printed materials, at least the meal plan. I also found it slow moving.

Comes with a twist.

And because I love smoothies, I squealed with delight when I heard the various smoothie recipes this book has! Comes with a comprehensive list of ketogenic foods I can indulge in. And I’m a fruit-lover and knowing what fruits I can take in on the Keto diet helps!

all good, except...

this is a great book. good info, tasty recipes, excellent tips.... problem for me is that in buying the audible book so i could listen in a long drive, it is noted late in the book to go to the site at the bottom of the book to get the pdf..... and it doesn't verbally tell you the site to go to. i really want these recipes emailed to me! please add this information to your audible book. thank you!

I’m sure this would be an ok hardcover book. More like a cookbook. But this should not be an audible book unless you want to hear every ingredient spoken to you. The narrator was a little on the annoying side with her voice.

Ketogenic Diet: The Complete How-To Guide for Beginners by Robert Wilson is the first audiobook I got on my audible and it has impressed me already. I wasn’t supposed to embark this diet, I was just trying to get a glimpse of what it has to offer and because I like what I heard and it looks fairly easy, I’ll continue consulting this book and be patient with the results.

Loving this

This book by Robert Wilson has some easy-to-follow meal plans that I can get used to everyday! The objective of this book is to make its readers feel good about the diet even with some restrictions. Apart from the five or less main ingredients each dishes have, there’s also nutritional facts that go along with it. This is so nice!

Yes! I can live up with the challenge.

It says dark and green leafy veggies are the best with meat and an extra side of fat. Think I can live up with the test as I’m a veggie-lover. And this comprehensive set has given me a precise idea on what to eat and drink, so it’s not so much I have to worry about.

Cheers to a good life!

The impactful book encourages me to try the diet program to attain a good life. It’s base on the process of ketosis and I was able to understand it completely as I listened to the author’s real-life experience. The first few days were a struggle, but as days go by, stuff like checking out nutritional facts of the food I take in became a norm.
