An amazing NEW way to weight loss

This is a new way of looking at life, not just a diet book. I gained a couple of nuggets of insight that will stick with me for a long time. It is a hopeful, and realistic way of approaching anything, not just weight loss. LOVED the concept. You kind of have to figure out the application on your own, which is okay, but I felt I could have used a little more insight as to how mini habits look in practice for different people...

Life-changing strategy

Wow! In a million years I never would have thought of such an easy simple strategy to get myself to do several of the things I have been wanting to do but constantly putting off for years. Works for me

This book is quite eye-opening, full of helpful information and tips that lead you in the right direction. I can pass on the fries when ordering at a restaurant and no longer have cravings for sodas, cookies and chips. I am so happy that I stumbled upon this book. I needed to get serious about dropping the pounds and this book has given me solid information and the motivation to do so.

Finally!

Finally, someone writes about the real issues in losing weight. It's relatively easy to lose weight, but it is extremely difficult to keep it off. It becomes a constant battle within ourselves and we continue to feel deprived. Eventually, we gain it all back plus some. This book gives us the tools to change our lives and quit this vicious cycle. I am excited to implement it in my life. Everyone who ever wanted to lose weight, and keep it off, should listen to this book.
