This was a very challenging workout!

I found this workout to be very challenging. Me and my girlfriend are going to start doing this workout at least once per week. I found this workout to produce amazing results in terms of weight loss. I highly recommend this workout to this look for a fun way to lose weight!

Wow, what a great workout

That's so cool that with this workout, all that you is one barbell. I would highly recommend looking for a workout that is quit but yet still challenging. Great work by the personal trainer in this book.
