Wow! Great energy!



I love the narrator in this. She gives so much positive energy to the workout that I can probably go for a little longer. Loved her and the music!

Solid workouts and exercises


I really enjoyed these workouts. It feels a little longer than 15-minutes when you're doing them, but when you look at the clock, it really only is 15 min. It sure is tiring. I appreciate the 30 second or 1 minute breaks in between the exercises.

Quick Home Workouts



I really enjoy doing the ab workouts on Monday's and Friday's and leaving legs for the middle of the week. With this audiobook, you'll have a ton of different workouts to choose from. The exercises are explained, and the narrator gives great tips for how to do them with good form. The music keeps me upbeat and going throughout the whole thing.

A LOT OF WORKOUTS



I'm still trying out all of the workouts to see which one I like best and I think I'm going to be sticking with the beginner module in the legs and intermediate module for abs. If you're like me, who hasn't worked out in a bit, I'd recommend those two. This workout program is amazing!

Energy Booster

15-minutes of a great workout



While I'm working out to this, it almost feels like I'm at a gym or zumba class. The music is fantastic and Samantha Knight really keeps the energy up throughout the workout. I'm exhausted after each session.

Exactly what I needed



This is a workout program that is split into three difficulties - Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced. I have to say that I really enjoy the Beginner workouts, and I find them already hard enough. Maybe that is just me being slightly out of shape. The overall structure and timing of this audiobook is great.

Great Programs



I've been doing the six-pack program for a week days now and I get a lot of energy from it. The results are slowly showing and I can't wait when it does! Samantha Knight did an excellent job in the narration as well.
