Ketogenic Diet Mistakes to Avoid

This is a great little book. In the first week, I went from 176 lbs. to 168 lbs. I'm into my early 2nd week now and know I'll be losing more weight. I need to lose about another 40 lbs. and then I'll be at a good body weight for my age and frame.

Must listen to it.....

The author did a good job. I like that not only is the book given detailed instructions on how to prepare dishes, but also a detailed diet plan. Often I read only an approximate diet plan. Ketogenic is an excellent way out if you need to lose weight. In this case, for 21 days I was convinced of this. It is also good that the recipes contain pictures. You do not have to read the unleavened text.

Super guide

Since I have been starting Ketogenic diet and so far I’m really liking it and I was able to lose some weight I wanted to make it for long term. This book is totally different from the one I am using and recipes with pictures of course are really good and easy to make. Most of all this have a meal plan which I like most from diet plan books. This is a total keepsake!

Monotone and fairly basic explanation

This was not a bad book, but the narration was kind of monotone and almost sounded like a robot in places. When listing keto food options, would have been better if listed in measurements other than grams and percentages. Even as a new Atkins/keto dieter, I do not feel that I learned anything from this book. Might be good as introduction guide for people who have no idea what this type of diet is though.

Poorly Narrated

The narrator spoke way to fast, and didn’t enunciate his words. There were multiple times I had to go back and listen, because I could tell if he said enjoy or avoid... kind of important when dealing with this topic.

The book it’s self was good, compact, and to the point. I would suggest getting this on ebook and not audible/ audiobook.

eat healthy

The recipes are very simple to follow. They are tasty. And they fill you up. But most importantly, you lose weight. I'm 3 years NED (no evidence of disease) from rectal cancer. And recently I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and prediabetes, both of which can kill you and/or cause major health problems that last a lifetime.
