Publisher's Summary

Alright, if you survived the arms workout, then this one shouldn't be as hard, since this workout focuses on a smaller group of muscles. The shoulder is a ball-and-socket joint which means the muscle usage of the shoulder is even used to change the channel on your television. Your shoulders are used very frequently which requires the need for it to be the size of the boulder. Check out this great routine for the shoulders. I am certified by the National Federation of Professional Trainers and have re-certified successfully for over 3 years as of today. My certification number is 45582 as a Certified Personal Trainer. I have passion in health and make it a part of my discipline to workout and learn news fitness trends everyday.
