Alright, if you survived the arms workout, then this one shouldn't be as hard, since this workout focuses on a smaller group of muscles. The shoulder is a ball-and-socket joint which means the muscle usage of the shoulder is even used to change the channel on your television. Your shoulders are used very frequently which requires the need for it to be the size of the boulder. Check out this great routine for the shoulders. I have definitely added mass to my shoulders with this workout. I have seen more success from this workout compared to tons of other shoulder workouts out there on the internet!

This is a basic shoulder workout. The instructions are very clear and the audio contains helpful tips. The performer has an engaging voice and good enunciation.
