    Love this book....

    I just love this book! Exactly what I've been searching for in such a long time. This book is very to the point and so easy to understand and apply. The author does a great job of describing the most comprehensive diet to cure Acid Reflux and gives great examples of how to do so as well. I would highly recommend this book to others.

    In this book writer gives us tremendous suggestion to get rid of it. By changing some of our regular food chart and having some acid reflux diet we can get rid of it.
