This book was very interesting in that the author identified how past fitness accolades and principles have shaped what we know as "fitness" today. Some of these fads have seemed to repeat themselves yet again in the contemporary fitness world, and this audiobook does a phenomenal job at exposing those fads.

I loved how it took me back to the old days in revealing old fads that had faded. There's some fitness fads now that are also surely to be nonexistent after a period of time.
