Great book

I heard someone say a while ago ‘walking is for health, exercise is for fitness.’
As I have gotten older I can definitely see the benefits of walking more for heath. The book covers everything you need to know from choosing the right shoes to daily habits you can create to get yourself moving more through walking. I had lots of fun reading it too!

Walk towards great health!

I love walking and this book provided useful tips to enhance my walking. Moreover, the author provides detailed information about walking in such a way that it will significantly improve your overall health condition. My favorite part was how to overcome yourself to get yourself to walk regularly in which the book gave simple hacks to make sure you wouldn't skip a walk.

If you're looking to get healthy or improve your walking experience, then this book is definitely for you. It's amazing how a simple walk can greatly improve the quality of your life. Highly recommended!

Very Enjoyable!

A great introduction to walking as a workout. “Walk This Way” is an enjoyable and engaging listen. I was already walking 3 - 5 times a week, but this book not only validated my current routine, it taught me a lot about walking and variations I might apply to my routine and benefits I was unaware of. The narration was engaging and never dull. I enjoyed this book even more than I thought I would. I'd recommend it to anyone who can walk and wants to improve their health. You don't have to be an athlete to benefit significantly from walking. Anyone who can walk can do it,

It's never too late to get physically active

I enjoyed listening to this audio. Due to pain in my neck the last year, I lost the drive to exercise and have gained weight. My pain has subsided. This book talks about exercising and being more aware of healthy eating and taking care of your body. For someone who wants to ease in with fitness again, this is an encouraging book to have in your back pocket. Enjoyed it.

Very informative

This book is extremely thorough. Covering what to look for when buying sneakers, walking signals, warm-ups, cool-downs, walking techniques, and healthy walking habits. I also love how the author points out that sometimes you have to read between the lines because in society, you will hear a lot about not being obese or overweight instead of hearing about being healthy, and this book points out that those are not the same thing.

Great guide

Walking seems like one of the most fundamental basic aspects of human beings. So I didn't think or realize there could be all that much to walking, you get up and walk. But I was wrong, there is a lot more to walking that i never considered, like how it can be an effective way to lose weight, improve health, and even change mood. Highly recommend this guide on benefiting from an activity that most of us can do.
