Horribly Tedious

Sounds like a computer narrated this book. I found it very hard to follow. I feel the information contained, could be helpful and informative. But the narration , was horrible. Pauses in the wrong place, mispronouncing words ( ab workout as A B workout). Disappointing

Irritating

If you don’t like listening to a robot, please don’t get this audio book. I wanted to pull my hair out. I lasted a few minutes. Had to delete!!

Awful Narration

I couldn’t listen very long. The narration is awful and clearly not a human. There is audio skipping, words and phrases repeated back to back and other random words sporadically thrown in throughout.
I regret spending one of my credits on this.

It was difficult to listen to. The recording sounded like it was stuttering at the beginning of each section. Because I purchased it,... will keep trying to listen to it.

Great book

Even if the book is too big so little bit difficult to listen without a table or desk, the material is well organized and clear. Helped me to understand basics of body weight training I did not know before. I like it so much. Great book.

awful quality

As if windows Sam is reading it with no context and no punctuation.

Do not recommend, even if the book is good you cannot listen to it this way, a child learning to read would sound better.
