His invaluable advice helps us to cultivate confidence, a sense of purpose, and personal leadership. He teaches us how to become an advocate for ourselves, and how to be our own #HealthHero. He shares up-to-date research, stories, and examples of how the mind, body, and spirit work together to nurture our overall well-being. He places emphasis on the profound effect of the mind-body connection on our health.
What is unique about Dr. Nandi is that he incorporates ancient wisdom with the latest research. His advice covers a broad range of topics including diet, exercise, meditation, yoga, spirituality, relationships, perspectives and more. He even provides us with cooking tips and recipes.
Dr. Nandi encourages us to take charge of our wellness, our lifestyle, to help ourselves, our loved ones and our communities. He inspires us to live better, happier, healthier, more enriched lives. What’s great book to help you on your Journey to A Whole Health Approach so you can live to your fullest.
What a wonderful wealth of information!

Really Good Advice Here

There is a lot to like in this book. I would consider this a holistic approach to a healthy living lifestyle. Personally, I didn't learn a lot of new concepts, but I do appreciate his emphasis on Eastern yoga and meditation. Which I plan to incorporate more in my life for healthier living. I do have one last remark on the performance of the narrator. He pronounced words in a way I've never heard. Like Namaste and Gandhi. Clearly these were words that were new to him, as he pronounced them like "Neh-mast-ee " and "Gandy", which made me laugh! I give him credit though, he mispronounced with gusto!
