overall a 5 star book.
This book has valuable information for those suffering from this disease. The narrator has a very pleasant voice. It is also a quick read for those of you that are short on time. The author gets right to the point and stays on it till the end.

I got amazed!
I did not expected such a short book to be that rich of information. It really helped me and I learned a lot from. I also think that if you want to learn how have more energy that it is the foundation from which you should start.
