Super Simple and impressive

Adrenal fatigue is a very difficult disease especially when you are in the midst of a severe episode and you are barely sleeping at night. I found this book to be very helpful with information I had not read in previous material. I was able to use the meal plans which were very specifically layed out.-

Useful.

I wanted to address my worn out adrenals and in the process got in better shape than I've been in decades.
This very readable book shows solid scientific research that explains the role of hormonal fluctuations and how our body responds in weight, energy and stress reactions. Included tests help confirm whether you suffer adrenal impairment and can benefit from this routine.

Adrenal information

You can find some helpful information in this book. I found it educational, I don't think there is a lot of science to back up adrenal reset or hormone cures but it's definitely food for thought. I liked his writing style.
