Publisher's summary

Do you have people around you driving you crazy and you don’t know what to do about it?

Have you been in a relationship with someone who humiliated you, smashed your self-esteem and made you feel unworthy?

Whether it’s a controlling boss or negative colleague who make your life miserable and suck the joy out of it...

Or a toxic manipulator who lures you into a relationship before showing his/her true colors, unleashing vicious psychological torture, mind games, and drama that leaves you devastated and confused...

There’s no denying that life is full of people who are going to hurt you and make you feel miserable. And you have to learn how to handle and deal with them.

Always remember that the choice is always yours. You can either remain the victim, feeling lost and broken...or you can fight and use that pain to grow and come out of it stronger than ever before!

You can try to run away from difficult people and let them ruin your mood and your social circle...or you can rise to the challenge and consider them an opportunity to become an even more effective communicator!

Toxic people and difficult people are different. But the attitude and mind-set you need to embrace to face them are not so different.

These two audiobooks will teach you how. Inside, you'll discover:

  • Every single type of difficult people, from passive-aggressive to professional victim
  • The differences between a “difficult” and a “toxic” person
  • Why people feel they can treat you badly and what to do about it
  • What you can change and what you can’t
  • How to spot a difficult person from a mile off
  • How to pick your battle: when to fight and when to retreat
  • How to always stay in control of your reactions and hold your ground confidently
  • A mindful approach through gratitude and meditation
  • The step-by-step guide to dealing with a difficult person
  • The differences between psychopaths, sociopaths, and narcissists
  • What you can and can’t do to turn things around
  • Self-examination exercises to understand how you ended up where you are
  • How to heal from your traumatic experiences, rebuild your confidence, and enjoy a better, brighter future
  • And much, much more…

It’s up to you, but if you’re ready to not let anyone else rule over your mind, your life or your happiness, then scroll up and buy this audiobook now.

women's view only

Good topic but he only refers to women's point of view. Women are emotional creatures and create a lot of chaos

If looking for the silver lining in cancer

The best way I can summarize this book is to say you should celebrate that you have cancer because now you're going to realize how strong you can be. If you are looking for a book that will help you feel good about getting out of your bad relationship, getting free of the fact that you're crazy, vindication that everything you felt in your core was wrong in the relationship, and that it's not your fault then this is not the book for you. This book aims to point out that there's good in everyone including the predator who just victimized you. The key is to change your perspective. Well I happen to disagree. If the purpose of these books is to break free of the enslavement to these abusers then the last thing you want to hear about is how they're human too, and that you in some way share in the responsibility of what's happened. There's time after the healing for the post-mortem analysis of what I did to contribute, make myself a Target. But this book is marketed towards phase 1, getting your identity back, getting healed, breaking Free. I found myself increasingly rebound with every word I listen to. That somehow I did this to myself because my abuser is human after All. Psychopath Free remains the Bible in my opinion.
