Amazing experience

I absolutely love this audiobook. The overall project offers a journey that guides you down to your unconscious and past experiences but also up again to your present reality. The concepts are clearly explained and the prompts are thoughtful but not overly triggering or overwhelming. The music is very relaxing and resembles the sounds that you usually would experience in a SPA so I found it calming and soothing. Before purchasing I used the amazon’s reviews on the actual book version and I can say that they are accurate. I feel it has increased my self-awareness and compassion towards others. I can strongly recommend this audiobook for people who are thinking to go for therapy or along their therapy’s sessions.
