the influential book of all time

One of the influential books I have in my audible. Contrary to what I used to believe, mindfulness is for everyone. The author presented the idea of mindfulness in an appealing way making me more convinced than ever to get a hang of it. The power of being at the moment is something I’ve been lacking and I feel so blessed to finally hear from this author.

Excellently done

Learning how to face struggles with greater resilience is one of the many skills I’d like to have. And good thing is, it’s possible I’ll be able to develop it in a short span of time because I found an excellent mindfulness book to guide me.

I'm highly appreciating it!

This book aims to break the series of chronic unhappiness which I used to take granted before. I get to follow along the step-by-step strategies imposed by this book and it’s much simpler than I thought it would be. Thanks to this guide. I’m highly appreciating it!

May not make it through the story

I find the narrator's style irritating like a bad radio announcer and so distracting I can't focus on the story. Not a good start for a book attempting to teach mindfulness, focus, and being less emotional. This was my 15th audio book, and the only one I could not finish.
The one star for the story is not accurate. I abandoned the book after ten minutes so I have no opinion on the content.

mindfulness is a training

This is my first mindfulness book choice and I wouldn’t ask for more! I always feel frazzled with my life and I thought a remarkable book like this would aid me in adding joy and tranquility. I’ve discovered what mindfulness really is and it’s a training I’m willing to undergo.

taught me essential stuffs

One of the best audiobooks I’ve listened to. It totally saved me from anxiety that almost leave me useless. Taught me all the stuffs I need to know to build wisdom to live life the right way. I find mindfulness useful in alleviating my tensions. Imagine, learning to respond correctly to situations no matter how negative it is, is something that can’t be bought by money.

suits the subject well

It’s like this book is pulling me in the moment I set my eyes on it. First off, the book cover suits the subject well. It screams of tranquility and purity which my mind really need now.
