Great audiobook

This is one of the best audiobook about how to stop overthinking. It high lights a lot of great thoughts, practices, tips about getting your act together. I love the affirmations in several areas of life. Lara also discussed the underlying reasons of why we overthink, ways to overcome overthinking, reduce stress and calm your mind. There are a lot of books with similar topics but this is the best by far. Lara definitely had this book to a higher level in terms of content. I love listening to the narration as well! Great book and highly recommended!!!

Pragmatic and Methodical

Stop Overthinking and Get Your Act Together" is a pragmatic guide to conquering the pitfalls of overthinking. It's full of actionable techniques with empowering affirmations, providing listeners with tools to reclaim their minds and lives. The author, Lara J. Noble, includes segments on efficient time management, practical meditation, and fostering robust relationships. This audiobook offers a well-rounded approach to mental clarity and productivity.
What I liked about it was the author did not offer a quick fix, and this is where the pragmatism comes in. She doesn't present a magical overnight solution but lays out easy-to-follow steps to reclaim control over your mind and life.
The narration is excellent. Highly recommended for those tangled in their own thoughts.
