    "Mindfulness Aphorisms"

    This book is full of maxims, aphorisms of mindfulness. It's written to assist and keep one on the path to enlightenment. Interestingly, you'll find, if you're already "practising", that you've already experienced most of what is beong read. Therefore, it becomes gratifying to know that the path you're walking is genuinely beneficial to you and indirectly everything. Be well, happy and peaceful.

    I listened to this book at least three times. It is easy to follow and if you want to be trained in how to be mindful it is a good book to read and learn from.
