Exactly what I needed

Great Resource

This book is the ideal start for anyone embarking on a meditation practice. I find it is also great for those interested in expanding their knowledge base of the various types of meditation, and great tools on how to incorporate them. A must have book for anyone into meditation, and it’s been very well received as a gift as well!

Excellent Audiobook

I really liked how this book seemed to help me build a firm meditation foundation by explaining the purpose of each meditation. I had not given that a lot of thought, past the obvious of calming the mind, etc. It was apparent that the order of the meditations were thoughtfully arranged.

Excellent, well-written, very informative book! A very thorough introduction to some of the different methods of meditation--exactly what I was looking for! It surely opened up more possibilities for me to explore. I big "thank you" to the author for making this an easy and addictive listen!

A good starting point.

This is by far the most effective and concise guide to meditation for beginners. I literally fished the book in 10 days and the techniques have helped me tremendously. Thank you!
