Nice book for beginners like me. At first, i used to be disappointing that it had been n't Matt who was narrating it on the other hand I appropriate that it was done by professional because the pronunciation is so clear that I can even do the dishes while taking note of it.As for the book itself, I'm gonna hear it again directly after finishing it. Absolutely Fabulous
There is a good range of Stoicism books out there. Most are boring and are either weighted too heavily on philosophical history or just not entertaining to listen ..present a piece that's , dare I say it..., fun to concentrate . Hell, they even have doodle drawings. The right down to earth explanations of not only Stoicism but the sensible ways to implement it's welcoming.

Use this book to verify material presented in other books on stoicism. The language during this book is antiquated. So sometimes once I wasn't fully devoured to my very own comprehension, j wasn't getting the maximum amount out of it as might otherwise. a number of the ideas don't jive with modern society but still tons of wisdom here.
