Very beneficial

I felt I needed help to reduce the stress caused by the upcoming anniversery of my daughter's death and so decided to buy Eliminating Stress, Finding Inner Peace by Brian Weiss. K. Connors book helps to understand what getting and staying healthy means. There are tips and author suggestions how to get healthy in easy ways. Be healthy and successful, follow your dreams.

I am really happy

The price was low, it arrived on time, and it covers every aspect of health and fitness you could possibly want. I recommend everybody to read it. It shows you how to eat and live healthy. I've learned a lot from this fantastic book, and I love to have it in my library.
Incredible way of teaching us how to meditate and to achieve a peaceful encounter with ourselves through the autohypnosis, one word only excellent .

Listen to it Continuously

He has a very melodious voice and his music is lovely and quiet in the background. He helps you to go deeper and deeper in to your subconscious to help you break the tie between stress and illness and teaches you to disregard or use the stress to your best of your ability. I am throughly enjoying the book and using the almost every day. Very interesting and easy way to get healthy. Well written by K.Connors.Many tips given to losing fat.Good book.

Positive in all areas

This book is helpful however make sure you get the which is supposed to be included in the book. My used copy arrived from a third party seller. feelings and relaxing settings are totally enjoyable. The music is great for relaxation and for releasing stress. The just about worn out. May have to order another one.

Essential reading for everyone with a body

In today's world, so many things can go wrong simply because we have not been taught (generally) how to think about the consequences of personal convenience. The Perfect World we desire can only manifest when we realize that it can only be achieved by taking responsibility for our own Perfect Body.

Awesome summary of the research!

This is an accessibly written concise resource that I will be rereading many times. I appreciate the inclusion of the information about indoor environments including things like fire retardants and cosmetics. I expected recipes in the book but the links to professional cooks makes sense and I appreciate them. I didn't think any author could impress me as much asK. Connors but I stand corrected. If there was room I would give it ten stars!

Hits all the bases

This book is a quick easy to understand synopsis of nearly all the underlying factors of depression. It goes through causes and signs of depression and is a great resource if you think you or a loved one may be experiencing depression. Worth the read!

Great Book with Incredible Insight

Since I care deeply for this person, I tried to look for multiple outlets to help mend our relationship. I stumbled upon this book and it really gave me greater insight into why and how people go through depression. Now that I have a better understanding, I feel that I am much more empathetic towards my loved one. I not only recommend this book to those who are suffering from depression but also to those who have family or friends that suffer from depression. Please read this book! You are not alone!
