I wish there was a pdf of the 3:6:9 cleanse

Overall was great but had lots of fluff. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing via audible because the most valuable information would be easier to read instead of listen to. It would be great if there was a pdf of some sort for the recipes and 3:6:9 protocol.

Astounding! Beyond High expectations!

This book is one of the most important books in the health data ever written.I have been on this diet (but all raw) for 50 years and created many thousands of recipes...that are now being "discovered" in this field....But... Being an organic raw food vegan I felt I had my diet insights down. But I have truly admired the quality and level of insight from the Medical Medium books. But this new book is astounding. Literally beyond expectations. I had the print book since it was released months ago but I have been waiting with deep anticipation for the audio version.
I cannot say enough good things about this book. Based on accessible and intelligible language and terminology and some amazing recipes and insights. The final chapters are profound...very profound.

Distinguishing between self love and "Self compassion" the phrase of the age..and realizing that our ego is not directing the healing but rather our Source...
Get this book and appreciate the fact that so called medical knowledge and research has created the sickest society on the planet earth and while having the highest medical costs and payments for the pharmaceutical industry (which is based on investors and shareholders) and hospitals. No there is not the requisite "token references " to footnotes and papers.. Why would it need that when it represents direct insight. So called "Science " has let us all down . it has produced a war of war and illness and pain and stress..and has NOT delivered on promissory notes. Ignore the negative reviews > They are trolls...nothing more. Judge for yourself and also tune into the support groups and forums online on this data and the success stories...You wont find that endorsement for pharmaceutical ads.
You are worth it.
it puts a real dent in the current food fads and "isms" floating around and being endorsed and mimicked.
This book sets a new level of quality for the alternate view lifestyle health and medical volumes…
Remember your History lessons. Remember a time when the “authorities “ said that the earth was flat?
and the penalty for this statement was severe or even death ( even if you were a galileo or Bruno or kepler copernicus other scientist?)
Remember when medical doctors said that Thalidomide was safe?
Well then remember you will find it easy to operate the reviews that represent open minds and those who actually read and weight this book
and those that are invested not only in dogma and special interest groups who Have to denounce this book Why?
because it is another dent in the belief that the "pharmaceutical industry has any answers for health and wellness"
“Wizard of Oz” was anything more than a lonely old man playing a game with technology du jour.

I know some of the people in the credits for this book which makes it even more dear to heart....
Bravo! Anthony williams and team.

Ugh, I’d rather read science!

This is my first “Medical Medium” book, and it is also my last. I love books about health, and believe me, I’m not a stickler for science. I definitely appreciate science, but I’m also aware that scientific studies (or the interpretation of studies) can be flawed. So it’s easy for me to keep an open mind. And I love health books that are a perfect mix of science and evidence based information. In my humble opinion, the best health books are not written by infamous doctors with fancy degrees and big research facilities, but by those who are nutritionists, personal trainers, family doctors, and well people who were once very sick and who have hundreds of cases as proof that something works (or doesn’t work). Anyway, I went into this interested in what would be said about taking care of our livers. The problem is, I just couldn’t get past the first hour. It was all dribble and drooling over the liver. As if someone had been assigned to use as much imagery and cliched idioms and similes as possible about the liver. I mean, this book is 25 hours long. Now I see why. It’s not because there are 25 hours worth of incredible health information. But rather, the time is filled with a bunch of flowery fluff. I listened for an hour. And the only things I got out of it were A) The liver is the source of nearly all symptoms, including menopausal hot flashes and insomnia (so nothing to do with hormones, apparently)... B) The liver is like a beautiful whale that elicits awe from people who get to see it and understand it, but like a whale that has to swim though sludgy water, our poor livers also struggle to survive amidst the sludge of stuff we pour into our bodies... C) You can feel amazing with the optimal hydrating and detoxing breakfast smoothie containing a couple of bananas, a cup or two of blueberries, and some cherries (I’m sure my pancreas would protest, but hey... this is about the liver)... and D) Finally, the most important thing to remember: “Saying yes to liver support is the most efficient action on our to-do list. A healthy liver is the ultimate de-stresser, the ultimate anti-aging ally, and the ultimate safe guard against a threatening world.” In a nutshell, the liver can solve world peace. Actually, at one point the author did allude to that.

Let me share another quote:

“Turning to your attention to your liver is not the proverbial straw that broke the camel's back. It’s the helping hand that lightened the camel's load, and saved its life. When people seek enlightenment, they focus on the the brain and third eye trying to reach higher consciousness by quieting the mind, or to manifest the future through their thoughts. The liver gets completely ignored in the process... With all our focus on the health of the planet, we can’t lose sight of our own climates. We each have an individual planet we need to worry about...”

At this point, I just wanted to stab my eyes out. Maybe there's some actual medical information and helpful explanation and instruction later in the book, but I just cannot keep listening. It’s driving me crazy. It’s like a lovesick teenager (madly in love with their liver), a 60s hippie, and an 18th century poet all got together to collaborate on this book.

I feel a bit guilty leaving this review as obviously a great deal of work went into it, but it needed an editor. Badly. I’m sure the crux of the material could have been narrowed down to about 10 hours. And while the narrator was good, I swear she sounds like the narrator of a bunch of phychologcal thrillers I’ve listened to lately, and so that didn’t really help matters much.

I hope others get more out of it than I could. I’d rather go back to books based on science.

Couldn’t get through the fluff

I just could not get through this book. Way too much fluff. I had the speed at 2 on audible to try and get to the point where the book would actually get started. Gave up an hour in. Then I looked at the chapters and went to the end thinking I would get to the meat of things only to start that chapter with a story about a child on a diving board. Decided I’m done. Plus finding this author is not a doctor - not sure where this information is really coming from but understand it’s tied to products to buy.

poor concept of how the body works!

Yes! The liver is important and does over 500 jobs. BUT the authors' information on how sugar and fat work in the body are way off base. while getting off the SAD (Standard American Diet) will help everyone, adding so much fruit(sugar) and keeping healthy fats so low will harm the body and cause more problems ~ Try the book Wheat Belly Total Health by Dr William Davis

Love it!

So good! It explained things my doctors could not figure out!

For example, I had lupus symptoms for years. And my bones were shrinking, too.... I knew my body was using the bones material to fight the lupus (or virus). However, the doctors thought it was totally unrelated. Also the fact that I have high amounts of mercury in my system... the doctors had no clue that had anything to do with the lupus, but it does!

Very cool and insightful book. I have been using the medical medium books for almost a year now. I dont mind that Anthony does not have scientific evidence to back up his claims. I dont really need the proof, because the proof is in the pudding. I feel much healthier and happier when I use his suggested techniques, and I have tons of friends who enjoy their results from his suggestions as well.

Thank you for the love Spirit! Thank you Anthony for allowing Spirit to speak thru you.😍😁🤸‍♀️

Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Absolutely life changing! after only 2 weeks of following recommendations, and in day 8 of Liver Rescue 3:6:9, I am feeling amazing! I have more energy without caffeine, better digestion, clearer thinking, brighter outlook, mood and genuine happiness. I also have compassion for myself in a way I never knew existed. My liver is my most precious friend and I intend to treat it that way for the rest of my life.
The narrator was wonderful!

Oop's

I should have purchased the accompanying download of the book. I've listened to this & the Thyroid book 3/4times. it's just too much to remember. Plus, when you feel vindicated with trying to understand your symptoms, you can't quickly turn to the page to show them your symptoms are valid. That's a problem. Dr's don't listen anymore. YOU NEED BOTH DOWNLOADS!
I personally believe a lot of my problems are by-products of the medications I take. In the last 10yrs, system after system have shut down. I need a copy of All your downloads. I also find it difficult to develop a daily diet compatible with all the things wrong with me.
it's OVERWHELMING living w so much pain.

Life Changing

I am so greatful once again for Anthony and Spirt's words. I have psoriasis, depression and so on and each time I read/hear a medical medium book I am awakened more and heal that little bit more, only this time I feel ready to lead my best life once and for all. So yes a great book, and the voice over artist has such a warmth in her voice that soothes me. I recommend this book to everyone.

Thoroughly Disappointed

For the 1st 30 mins this book (Medical Medium Liver Rescue) repeatedly belittles and denigrates medical science and medical practitioners as if they “all” are misguided. It was largely a self-justification which felt like a preparation of the reader for much controversial conjecture that was to follow. Then for the next 30 mins it discusses subjects such as the “gentle giants” of “blessed” whales (and dinosaurs) in connection with “religious experience” and forgetting “earthly troubles” along with “souls being infused with the light of God”. It makes irrelevant mention of the “hidden miracles of the universe” (at 39 mins). Then there is mention of “heartache” and “broken hearts” and “heart shapes” and that our skin is a “reflection of what is going-on in our life”. It says that it “is easy to pay witness to” the hard work of our numerous “body parts”. It then talks about “the liver’s true calling” and makes claims about the “undiscovered truth” about the 1,000s of functions of the liver. This “truth” is purported to be revealed by “Spirit!” – whoever that is. Then it promotes the “miracles” and “mysteries” of looking into the liver. Then (at 55 mins) it discusses “enlightenment” and “higher consciousness.” Up to this point, (when I refused to listen to anything further in this book) I learned nothing practical about the liver. I have never been so thoroughly disappointed in an actual book after listening to its fascinating preview.

Pseudoscience.

Not a doctor, no medical training. Spends the first chapter trying to discredit science as a generality. Absolutely ridiculous nonsense about angels whispering about medicine.
